This is an independent marketing site for the Azizi Florence development. It is operated by a RERA-registered brokerage and is not the official website of Azizi Developments, nor is it affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the developer.

Prices, sizes, payment terms, availability, handover dates, plans and renders are supplied by the developer and are indicative. They can change without notice and do not form part of any offer or contract.

Computer-generated images are artistic impressions. Finishes, landscaping, layouts and views as built may differ.

Areas are approximate and measurement conventions vary. Confirm the exact area, title type and specification in the sale and purchase agreement before you commit.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, immigration or legal advice. Take independent advice before you buy.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat, or a binding reservation. A purchase is only agreed once the developer's reservation documents and sale and purchase agreement are signed and the required payments are made.

Project imagery, plans and the "Azizi Florence" name belong to Azizi Developments and are used here for the purpose of marketing units in the development. Our own branding, page design and written content belong to Obaco Homes Real Estate LLC. The developer's logo is not reproduced on this site.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false enquiries, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

We provide this site on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
