A single green spine runs the length of the site. Every cluster hangs off it, so no home is far from a park, and the mall, school, hospital and mosques sit where the spine widens.
The green spine
Azizi Bardini Park runs 1.95 km through the middle of the community and covers 1.66 million sq ft. Six pocket parks of 100,000 sq ft each branch off it, one per cluster, and an 11.5 km continuous loop for running and cycling threads them together.

Two designs, one community

Azizi Lucardo and Azizi Versilia are the first clusters to market and are open for booking now.
